I don't know what this is about, so I just named it 'About'.
Well if it's about me then I'll say that my name is Arif+Ianto, or I'll make you believe it is. I live in Indonesia, specifically Bandung. I lived in America for a while, four years to be exact. That's where I picked up this language I'm speaking to you with, yes English, and this totally un-sarcastic way of speaking about uninteresting things that may or may not be true. In all seriousness I am pretty sarcastic.
People might describe me as having a natural frown and a silent personality. Don't believe those people because they are lying! No, I'm not kidding, I'm actually this fun loving, free wheeling, tree hugging, cheery as a cherry tree, high as a bird, kind of guy. Ok, that was a bit exaggerated, but if you know me well enough you can see that I am not as grim and bleak as they (or me) wants you to believe.
I love to write. What do I write about? Grim and bleak things that will get most people down the rest of the day. Nevertheless I consider myself a very good writer as only good writers can make their reader feel one particular way for the rest of the day; or their life for that matter. But then again they usually never get to the ending because they shouldn't feel sad when they read that the guy who seemed to get crushed by the big wooden crate containing big metal boxes actually lived and only got his foot crushed by the crate. Of course maybe I shouldn't have described about how the blood was all over the floor and splattered all across the walls, that might have discouraged people to read further. Well everybody's a critic, it's not my fault not knowing that most people are not attracted to vivid descriptions of blood.
I also love painting scale models. I'm not that good, but I still enjoy it. You could see some of my work here, and here. I mainly paint 40K, but I do other things to like Gundam and historical things. It's fun looking at a slab of plastic and imagining what it looks like with paint on it. It's even more fun when that slab of plastic turns into a FLYING TANK WITH BIG GUNS ON IT!!! Yes, that is 40K, big flying tanks with big guns on it, but I digress. For more info about 40K click here.
So that is all about me. So I guess since this page is about me I should rename it 'About Me'? Nah, too lazy. Anyways, have fun and thanks for reading my blog, hope you find it entertaining in informative (although how you would find either of those is clearly beyond my knowledge).
